M.Sc. Secured 72.4% marks in 2003 from Calcutta University.

B.Sc: Hons. in Economics with 59.4% marks in 2001 from Calcutta University.

P.U.C: Obtained 75.5% marks in 1997 from Scottish Church College under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.

S.S.L.C: Secured 83% marks in 1995 from R.K.S.M. Sister Nivedita Girls’ School under West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

Research Interest:

Rural Poverty analysis, Issues of Decentralization, Analysis of Panel data, Computable General Equilibrium Analysis, Genetically Modified Crops, Financial Development and Growth.
